1 pound of ground beef (80%/20% fat content)
1 food processed raw carrot
½ cup of beef broth
½ cup of water
2 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon of onion powder.
¼ teaspoon black pepper
dash of cayenne powder
1 Tablespoon of Masa flour
4 Tablespoons of all-purpose flour
Cook beef, drain if greasy, add everything but flour and cook until all veggies are soft and almost indiscernible from one another. Thicken with masa and white flour flour shaken with water to desired consistency
