Pamplin Grove is for private groups, not public events, music festivals, or live band performance.

Arrival and Departure: Check-in time is noon. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. If another group has the Grove rented on the day before your group, you will not be able to enter the Grove before the specified arrival time.
During your stay, keep the gate closed and locked. You are responsible for the Grove and the people you invite.
Your group must have all clean-up work done and be out of the park by 11:00 a.m. on your departure date. (The Caretaker needs this time to prepare for the next group)
The last person exiting the park must close and lock the gate.

Camping is permitted only in designated sites. Do not create any new camp sites or fire rings.
Do not park or camp on top of any green vegetation. Stay out of fenced off areas.
Tent camping is allowed anywhere on the meadow or the river bar, however, no fires are allowed in these areas except in approved portable stoves or barbeques.

Fires and Firewood: Fires are allowed only in the designated metal rings, the barbeque pit and approved portable stove or barbeques.
All fires must be extinguished before leaving the Grove or retiring for the night.
Wood collecting is prohibited in the park. You will need to provide wood for the group fire pit as well as individual campsites. (Pallets are not allowed) Any leftover firewood can be left for the next group.
Burning of plastics and aluminum is prohibited due to toxic smoke. Use the recycling bins.

Vehicles are allowed only on park roads and designated parking areas. The speed limit within the park is 10 MPH.

Music: Due to Spotted Owl and Marbled Murrelet habitat restrictions, AMPLIFIED MUSIC IS PROHIBITED IN THE GROVE. This includes live bands, DJs, or any sound-producing instrument or device requiring a power supply. (Microphones are permitted for speakers) Quiet acoustic music is allowed.

Cookshack: Secure all food in critter proof containers. Do not feed the animals.
Do not dispose of food waste or grease down the sink drain.
If you want to use the electrical outlets or lights, you will need to provide a generator.

Water is limited - please conserve. (It can be pumped only twice a day for twenty minutes) In the event of a major leak, notify the Camp Host or park staff at Swimmer's Delight immediately.

Dogs: For the safety of your pet, wildlife and others, your pet must be on a leash at all times.
You are responsible for collecting your pet's droppings in a sealed plastic bag and placing them in a trash receptacle.

Clean-up: Your group is responsible for leaving the Grove in the same condition as when you arrived.
All litter (Including cigarette butts, bread ties, bottle caps, etc.) must be picked up from group areas and individual campsites. This and all other trash and garbage must be left in designated containers or removed from the park. Recyclable materials should be placed in the labeled recycling bins.
The cookshack should be swept, damp mopped and the shelves, sink and range wiped down. Cleaning supplies are provided.

Miscellaneous: Your group or any individual involved may not operate a concession within the park without an additional permit from County Parks.

Coin operated showers located at Swimmers Delight are available and may be used by members of your group.
